Why was I terminated?
I refreshed / reloaded my screen and now I'm terminated.
I tried to go back a screen, and now I'm terminated.
I closed the window, started over from the email invite, and it will not work.

Why was I terminated?
This could have happened for a number of reasons, here are a few of them. We can only survey so many people, and to get a broad representation of different groups of people, have to set quotas for different groups. Using a “first-come-first-served” approach, your group may have been completed just before you tried to take the survey. Another reason would be if the link was already used -- we only want people to be interviewed once, and do not allow the same link to be used twice. Due to federal regulations, we are not interviewing people under the age of 18.

The Survey instrument uses a proprietary technology that only allows you to enter it once. Going to a different HTML page, and coming back again will restart the survey from page one, and if you have already started it once, it will automatically terminate the session.
Sorry. You must not use the browser's refresh/reload button, or go back or leave the survey for any reason if you want to complete it.
The NEXT button does not work.
You need to answer all questions on a page. There maybe some questions that were not answered, if so, they will be colored differently. In some cases you may need to scroll down to more questions. On the page where you click once or twice on different sections depending on your preference, you must click on at least two sections for the NEXT button to activate.
How can I go back a screen?
Unfortunately, you cannot change information once it was entered. There is no back button. The browser's back button will terminate the survey.
What kind of software or plug-in do I need to take this survey?
This survey is programmed so it can be viewed on any device using any operating system.
